This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of northeast
Minnesota and northwest Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

A wintry mix of rain, freezing rain, sleet or snow is expected
tonight. While snow amounts appear fairly low, there is a
potential for less than one-quarter of an inch of ice
accumulation, with the highest amounts over portions of Ashland,
Iron, Price, Sawyer and Bayfield Counties. Lighter ice
accumulations are also possible from the Twin ports up the North
Shore. For further details...please refer to the Winter weather
products issued by the Duluth National Weather Service Office.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday

A wintry mix of rain, freezing rain, and snow is expected
Friday night through Saturday morning, then again Saturday night
through Sunday morning, as well as Sunday night through Monday
morning.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Snow spotters are requested to report precipitation type...and
measurements of snow or ice accumulations today and tonight to
the National Weather Service. Spotters and the public can also
report precipitation type with the free M-PING smartphone app.

waters of western Lake Superior.

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday

Increasing northeast winds Friday night may create hazardous
conditions for small craft. A small craft advisory may be needed.
These conditions may persist through Saturday night.
