MINNESOTA AND NORTHWEST WISCONSIN.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT

THUNDERSTORMS WILL DEVELOP ACROSS PARTS OF EAST CENTRAL MINNESOTA
AND MUCH OF NORTHWEST WISCONSIN THIS AFTERNOON INTO TONIGHT.
THESE STORMS WILL PRODUCE HEAVY RAIN RATES WHICH MAY RESULT IN
LOCALIZED FLOODING. RAIN WILL BE MOST INTENSE LATE THIS AFTERNOON
INTO THIS EVENING...WITH RAIN RATES AND THE CHANCE FOR
THUNDERSTORMS DIMINISHING AFTER MIDNIGHT.

THERE IS A LOW RISK OF THUNDERSTORMS THURSDAY...MAINLY OVER PINE
COUNTY MINNESOTA AND NORTHWEST WISCONSIN.
