THE AREAS AFFECTED INCLUDE...
  LAKE SUPERIOR WEST OF A LINE FROM SAXON HARBOR WI TO GRAND PORTAGE
  MN BEYOND 5NM...

AT 525 AM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A STRONG
THUNDERSTORM...CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS AND
HALF INCH HAIL. THIS STRONG THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED 27 NM NORTHEAST
OF RASPBERRY ISLAND...OR 37 NM NORTHEAST OF APOSTLE ISLANDS SEA
CAVES...MOVING EAST AT 30 KNOTS.

THE STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL REMAIN OVER MAINLY OPEN WATERS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS TO AROUND 33 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR
IMMEDIATELY UNTIL THIS STORM PASSES.
