THUNDERSTORM...CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 30 KNOTS AND
FREQUENT CLOUD TO WATER LIGHTNING.
THIS THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED NEAR DULUTH LIFT BRIDGE CHANNEL...MOVING
EAST AT 30 KNOTS.

THE THUNDERSTORM WILL BE NEAR...
  DULUTH LIFT BRIDGE CHANNEL...BARKERS ISLAND AND SUPERIOR HARBOR
  AROUND 435 PM CDT.
  FRENCH RIVER AROUND 445 PM CDT.
