THUNDERSTORM...CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS. THIS
STRONG THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED NEAR SUGAR LOAF COVE...OR 20 NM
NORTHEAST OF SPLIT ROCK LIGHTHOUSE...MOVING EAST AT 30 KNOTS.

LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
MOUTH OF THE CROSS RIVER...MOUTH OF THE LITTLE MARAIS RIVER...AND
SUGAR LOAF COVE.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
