THE AREAS AFFECTED INCLUDE...
  LAKE SUPERIOR WEST OF A LINE FROM SAXON HARBOR WI TO GRAND PORTAGE
  MN BEYOND 5NM...
  TACONITE HARBOR TO SILVER BAY HARBOR MN...

AT 708 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A THUNDERSTORM...CAPABLE OF
PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 35 KNOTS AND OCCASIONAL CLOUD TO WATER
LIGHTNING. THIS THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED 7 NM SOUTHEAST OF MOUTH OF
THE LITTLE MARAIS RIVER MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 35 KNOTS.

THE THUNDERSTORM WILL REMAIN OVER MAINLY OPEN WATERS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS TO AROUND 35 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR
IMMEDIATELY UNTIL THIS STORM PASSES.
