  SAND ISLAND TO BAYFIELD WI...

AT 538 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED STRONG THUNDERSTORMS...CAPABLE
OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS...SMALL HAIL...AND FREQUENT CLOUD TO
WATER LIGHTNING. THESE STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED ALONG A LINE
EXTENDING FROM 7 NM SOUTHEAST OF PORT WING SAFE HARBOR TO 7 NM SOUTH
OF OAK POINT...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 30 KNOTS.
