SATURDAY...

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN DULUTH HAS ISSUED A SMALL CRAFT
ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 4 AM TO 10 PM CDT SATURDAY.

* WINDS...NORTHEAST WINDS WILL INCREASE TO 20 TO 25 KNOTS BY
  SATURDAY MORNING...AND CONTINUE THROUGH MUCH OF THE DAY. WINDS
  WILL THEN DECREASE SATURDAY EVENING.

* WAVES/SEAS...WAVES WILL BUILD TO 4 TO 6 FEET FOR MUCH OF THE
  NEARSHORE WATERS OF WESTERN LAKE SUPERIOR. WAVES WILL THEN
  SUBSIDE SATURDAY NIGHT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 21 TO 33 KNOTS
ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS WAVE CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT.
INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER
VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
