THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN DULUTH HAS ISSUED A SMALL CRAFT
ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 PM CDT THIS AFTERNOON.

* WINDS...NORTHWEST AT 15 TO 20 KNOTS WITH GUSTS UP TO 30 KNOTS.
  THE STRONGEST WINDS WILL BE ALONG BAYFIELD PENINSULA TO THE
  APOSTLE ISLANDS. THE WINDS WILL GRADUALLY WEAKEN DURING THE
  MIDDLE TO LATE AFTERNOON INTO THIS EVENING.

* WAVES/SEAS...1 TO 3 FEET.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 21 TO 33 KNOTS
ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS WAVE CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT.
INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER
VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
