LAKE SUPERIOR THROUGH THIS AFTERNOON. THE WIND SPEEDS ARE EXPECTED
TO DIMINISH AND WAVES WILL SUBSIDE BY EARLY EVENING AS LOW
PRESSURE OVER NORTHERN MINNESOTA CONTINUES TO WEAKEN.
