...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 PM CDT THIS
EVENING...

* WINDS...NORTHEAST WINDS SUSTAINED FROM 15 TO 25 KT WITH A FEW
  GALE FORCE GUSTS TO 35 KNOTS WILL OCCUR TODAY. THE WINDS WILL
  GRADUALLY SUBSIDE THROUGH THIS AFTERNOON INTO THE EVENING.

* WAVES/SEAS...EXPECT WAVES AS HIGH AS 6 TO 9 FEET. THE HIGHEST
  WAVES WILL BE FOUND FROM THE TWIN PORTS...EAST ALONG THE SOUTH
  SHORE OF LAKE SUPERIOR IN WISCONSIN. THE WAVES WILL GRADUALLY
  SUBSIDE BELOW 3 FT MONDAY NIGHT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

THIS SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 25 TO
35 KNOTS WILL PRODUCE HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT.
INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER
VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
