* WINDS...EAST TO NORTHEAST WINDS WILL INCREASE TO 15 TO 25 KNOTS
  THIS MORNING...AND CONTINUE THROUGH MUCH OF THE DAY. WINDS WILL THEN
  DECREASE THIS EVENING.

* WAVES/SEAS...WAVES WILL BUILD TO 3 TO 6 FEET FOR MUCH OF THE
  NEARSHORE WATERS OF WESTERN LAKE SUPERIOR. WAVES WILL THEN
  SUBSIDE TONIGHT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 21 TO 33 KNOTS
ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS WAVE CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT.
INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER
VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
