THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN DULUTH HAS ISSUED A SMALL CRAFT
ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 5 AM TO 1 PM CDT SATURDAY.

* WINDS...EAST WINDS WILL INCREASE TO 15 TO 25 KNOTS AND GUSTY.

* WAVES/SEAS...WAVES IN ICE FREE AREAS WILL INCREASE TO 3 TO 5
  FEET LATE TONIGHT THEN BUILD TO 4 TO 6 FEET SATURDAY MORNING.
  WINDS AND WAVES WILL DECREASE SATURDAY AFTERNOON.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 21 TO 33 KNOTS
ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS WAVE CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT.
INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER
VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
