THIS MORNING THROUGH CENTRAL WISCONSIN AND INTO UPPER PENINSULA
MICHIGAN TODAY...AND REACH CENTRAL AND EASTERN LAKE SUPERIOR BY
THIS EVENING. THE STRONG NORTHEAST WINDS OVER WESTERN LAKE
SUPERIOR WILL GRADUALLY SUBSIDE THIS MORNING AND INTO THIS
AFTERNOON.

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 21 TO 33 KNOTS
ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS WAVE CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT.
INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER
VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
