PRESSURE IN THE CENTRAL PLAINS WILL RESULT IN STRONG WEST OVER
WESTERN LAKE SUPERIOR THIS AFTERNOON AND EARLY THIS EVENING. AS
WIND SPEEDS INCREASE...WAVES WILL BUILD TO 3 TO 5 FEET BY EARLY
AFTERNOON AND CONTINUE THROUGH EARLY EVENING.
