.MOSTLY CLEAR SKIES WILL CONTINUE EARLY THIS MORNING OVER MUCH OF
NORTHWEST WISCONSIN AND WINDS AT THE SURFACE ARE EXPECTED TO BE
LIGHT FOR MOST AREAS. TEMPERATURES WILL BE IN THE LOWER THIRTIES
ACROSS PORTIONS OF NORTHERN WISCONSIN TONIGHT LEADING TO AREAS OF
FROST. AT THIS TIME...AREAS CLOSER TO LAKE SUPERIOR SHOULD REMAIN
A FEW DEGREES WARMER LIMITING THE FROST THREAT.

* IMPACTS...SENSITIVE PLANTS AND VEGETATION COULD BE DAMAGED OR
  KILLED BY THE COLD TEMPERATURES IF UNPROTECTED.
