TONIGHT AND COMBINE WITH CLEAR SKIES AND CALM WINDS TO PRODUCE
COLD TEMPERATURES ACROSS MUCH OF THE NORTHLAND. AREAS OF FROST
ARE POSSIBLE OVER MUCH OF THE REGION WITH FREEZING CONDITIONS
THROUGH THE ARROWHEAD AND OVER INLAND LOCATIONS OF NORTHWEST
WISCONSIN.

* TIMING...THE COLDEST TEMPERATURES WILL DEVELOP AFTER MIDNIGHT
  AND PERSIST THROUGH SUNDAY MORNING.

* IMPACTS...SENSITIVE PLANTS AND VEGETATION WILL BE DAMAGED IF
  NOT PROTECTED OR BROUGHT INSIDE TONIGHT.
