POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS CONDITIONS ACROSS THE NORTHLAND. EXPECT
HEAT INDEX VALUES TO REACH 95 TO 105 DEGREES ON WEDNESDAY AND
THURSDAY. IN ADDITION...TEMPERATURES AND HUMIDITY WILL REMAIN
VERY WARM DURING THE OVERNIGHT HOURS...PROVIDING LITTLE RELIEF
