SOUTHERN KOOCHICHING COUNTIES...

AT 1217 AM CDT...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WERE ALONG A LINE EXTENDING
FROM 8 MILES NORTHEAST OF EFFIE...TO 7 MILES SOUTH OF KELLIHER...AND
MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 15 MPH.

WIND GUSTS UP TO 40 MPH...HALF INCH HAIL...TORRENTIAL RAINFALL...AND
FREQUENT CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING CAN BE EXPECTED WITH THESE STORMS.

THESE STORMS WILL BE NEAR...
  EFFIE AROUND 1220 AM CDT.
  NORTHOME AROUND 1255 AM CDT.
  ALVWOOD AND TOGO AROUND 100 AM CDT.
