...HEAVY RAINFALL EXPECTED THROUGH MONDAY...

WIDESPREAD ADDITIONAL RAINFALL OF 1 TO 1.5 INCHES IS FORECAST
ACROSS MUCH OF NORTHEAST MINNESOTA AND ALL OF NORTHWEST WISCONSIN
THROUGH MONDAY. THIS ADDITIONAL RAINFALL WILL BE ON TOP OF THE
WIDESPREAD RAINFALL OF ONE HALF TO 2.5 INCHES THAT HAS FALLEN SINCE
SATURDAY...BRINGING TOTAL RAINFALL TO 2 TO 5 INCHES FOR MUCH OF
THE REGION. AREAS OF INTENSE RAINFALL WILL CONTINUE INTO MONDAY
MORNING ACROSS THE REGION. THERE COULD BE PONDING ON LOW LYING
ROADS WITH POOR DRAINAGE. EXPECT STRONG RISES ON CREEKS AND
STREAMS THROUGH MONDAY AND MAIN STEM RIVER LEVELS ARE EXPECTED TO
RISE THROUGH WEEK.  SOME MINOR FLOODING IS POSSIBLE.
