EXPECT STORMS TO INCREASE IN COVERAGE AND INTENSITY OVER THE
MINNESOTA ARROWHEAD THROUGH THE AFTERNOON. THE STRONGER STORMS WILL
BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING SMALL HAIL...GUSTY WINDS TO 40
