MINNESOTA. THESE STORMS ARE MOVING EASTWARD AT 40 MPH AND WILL
AFFECT THE LEADER...LEECH LAKE...DIXON LAKE...AND LAKE
WINNIBIGOSHISH AREAS...AND THE WESTERN EDGES OF THE CHIPPEWA
NATIONAL FOREST AROUND 815 PM. BRIEF HEAVY RAINFALL...OCCASIONAL
CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING...AND WIND GUSTS TO 40 MPH ARE POSSIBLE
