STRONG THUNDERSTORM NEAR LOWER HAY LAKE...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH.
ANOTHER STORM WAS WEST OF NISSUA...ALSO MOVING NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH.

THIS STORM IS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING UP TO PENNY SIZE HAIL...WIND GUSTS
UP TO 40 MPH...FREQUENT CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING...BRIEF HEAVY
DOWNPOURS...
