...LOCALIZED LIGHT SNOW AFFECTING PORTIONS OF TWIN PORTS...

AT 453 AM CST A PERSISTENT AND NARROW BAND OF LIGHT SNOW
STRETCHED FROM NEAR WEST DULUTH THROUGH LINCOLN PARK TO PARK
POINT. THIS BAND OF SNOW IS EXPECTED TO AFFECT A PORTION OF INTERSTATE
35 AND MINNESOTA HIGHWAY 23 THIS MORNING. THE BAND MAY ALSO AFFECT THE
BLATNIK AND RICHARD I BONG BRIDGES BETWEEN DULUTH AND SUPERIOR.

ROADS MAY TRANSITION FROM MAINLY WET TO SNOW COVERED AND SLIPPERY
OVER A SHORT DISTANCE. USE CAUTION WHILE TRAVELING IN THESE AREAS
DURING THE MORNING AND REDUCE YOUR SPEED.
