Snow will spread eastward across the Northland tonight, along with
some patchy freezing rain or drizzle. The heaviest snowfall will
be in the Minnesota Arrowhead, but other areas of northeast
Minnesota and northwest Wisconsin will see the mixed precipitation
as well.

The snow and freezing drizzle will make roads slippery overnight,
with slick roads possible for the commute this evening and on
Wednesday morning. Total snow accumulation through Wednesday is
expected to range from 3 to 6 inches in the Minnesota Arrowhead,
to around an inch in the Brainerd Lakes area.

If you will be driving across the region overnight and on
Wednesday, be sure to allow some extra time to reach your
destination safely.
