RADAR AND OBSERVATIONS SHOWED AN AREA OF VERY HEAVY SNOW...WITH
SNOWFALL RATES OF 1 TO 2 INCHES PER HOUR FROM CENTRAL MINNESOTA
INTO PINE...BURNETT...WASHBURN...AND SAWYER COUNTIES AS OF EARLY
AFTERNOON. THIS AREA OF HEAVY SNOW WILL GRADUALLY MOVE NORTH INTO
CARLTON AND SOUTHERN AND CENTRAL DOUGLAS COUNTIES...AND MAY MAKE
IT INTO THE TWIN PORTS BY LATE AFTERNOON OR EARLY EVENING. THE HEAVY
SNOW WILL IMPACT PINE
CITY...HINCKLEY...SIREN...GRANTSBURG...MINONG...HAYWARD...MOOSE
LAKE AND GORDON. EXPECT VERY LOW VISIBILITIES IN THIS HEAVY SNOW.
