HINCKLEY...MCGRATH... AND MOOSE LAKE AREAS...

AT 835 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
LARGE CLUSTER OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS LOCATED OVER EASTERN
AITKIN...WESTERN PINE AND SOUTHWEST CARLTON COUNTIES...MOVING
EAST-NORTHEAST AT 35 TO 40 MPH.

LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
  BANNING STATE PARK... WILLOW RIVER...       RUTLEDGE...
  ASKOV...              MOOSE LAKE STATE PARK...
  STURGEON LAKE...      BRUNO...              KETTLE RIVER...
  INTERSTATE 35 BETWEEN HINCKLEY AND MAHTOWA...
  STATE HIGHWAY 18 EAST OF LAKE MILLE LACES...

THESE STORMS ARE PRODUCING EXTREMELY HEAVY RAINFALL...THAT MAY
RESULT IN LOCAL FLOODING AND PONDING OF WATER ON ROADS.  SLOW DOWN
AND DO NOT DRIVE INTO AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE ROAD!

STAY AWAY FROM HIGH OBJECTS OUTDOORS SUCH AS TREES. SEEK SHELTER IN
A STURDY STRUCTURE UNTIL THIS STORM HAS PASSED.
