...A STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL AFFECT SOUTHEASTERN ITASCA COUNTY...

At 350 PM CDT, a strong thunderstorm was over Pokegama Dam, or near
Grand Rapids, moving east at 30 mph.  Another storm was over
Taconite, also moving east at 30 mph.

Penny size hail, Wind gusts up to 45 mph, heavy downpours, and
frequent cloud to ground lightning can be expected with this storm.

This storm will be near...
  Pokegama Lake around 355 PM CDT.
  Grand Rapids, Coleraine and Gunn around 400 PM CDT.

Other locations impacted by this storm include Blackberry, Hart Lake,
Calumet, Bass Lake, Swan Lake, Bovey, Marble, La Prairie, Hill Annex
Mine State Park, and Siseebakwet Lake.

Seek shelter inside a sturdy building and away from windows until
this storm passes.

This storm may intensify, please monitor local media outlets for
additional information and possible warnings from the National
Weather Service.
