AT 412 PM CDT...A DEVELOPING THUNDERSTORM WAS NEAR PIKE LAKE NEAR
DULUTH...OR 10 MILES WEST OF DULUTH...MOVING EAST AT 40 MPH.

WIND GUSTS UP TO 35 MPH AND OCCASIONAL CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING CAN
BE EXPECTED WITH THIS STORM.

THIS STORM WILL BE NEAR...

  DULUTH AROUND 440 PM CDT.
