...BEACH HAZARDS STATEMENT IN EFFECT THROUGH THIS EVENING...

.TODAY...
Swim risk...........HIGH. High surf and large swells will produce
                    dangerous pounding surf and rip currents at the
                    beaches. People visiting the beaches should
                    stay out of the high surf.
Sky/weather.........Mostly cloudy.
Max temperature.....Around 65.
Beach winds.........East winds 5 to 10 mph increasing to 15 to 20
                    mph in the afternoon.
Wave heights........1 foot or less building to 3 to 5 feet in the
                    afternoon.

A HIGH risk of swimming hazards means that dangerous waves and
currents are expected along the shore. Swimming conditions may be
life threatening to anyone entering the water.

.WEDNESDAY...Cloudy in the morning...becoming partly sunny.
Thunderstorms likely in the morning. Highs in the upper 60s. South
winds around 10 mph becoming west in the afternoon. Waves 1 foot or
less.
.THURSDAY...Mostly sunny. Highs in the lower 70s. Southeast winds
5 to 10 mph. Waves 1 foot or less.
