* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Southwestern Iron County in northwestern Wisconsin...
  Southern Ashland County in northwestern Wisconsin...
  Northern Price County in north central Wisconsin...
  Northeastern Sawyer County in northwestern Wisconsin...

* Until 1115 AM CDT

* At 1023 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 12 miles
  northeast of Winter, or 17 miles east of Chippewa Flowage, moving
  east at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...Quarter size hail...and 40 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Damage to vehicles is expected.

* Locations impacted include...
  Park Falls, Turtle Flambeau Flowage, Fifield, Butternut, Winter,
  Glidden, Clam Lake, New Post, Island Lake Iron County, Loretta,
  Ghost Lake, Butternut Lake, Blaisdell Lake, and Moose Lake Sawyer
  County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

Large hail, damaging winds and continuous cloud to ground lightning
is occurring with this storm. Move indoors immediately. Lightning is
one of nature`s leading killers. Remember, if you can hear thunder,
you are close enough to be struck by lightning.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle on flooded roadways.
