...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 415 PM CDT
FOR NORTH CENTRAL ST. LOUIS COUNTY...

At 351 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over northwestern
Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness, or 22 miles southeast of
Voyageurs National Park, moving east at 30 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
         roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Crane Lake and Sand Point Lake.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

Get away from the water and move indoors or inside a vehicle. Do not
be caught on the water in a thunderstorm.
