...DANGEROUSLY COLD CONDITIONS THIS MORNING...

.TEMPERATURES HAVE DROPPED TO 15 TO 30 DEGREES ACROSS THE
NORTHLAND THIS MORNING. THE COMBINATION OF LIGHT SOUTHWESTERLY
WINDS AND THE COLD AIR WILL CONTINUE TO RESULT IN WIDESPREAD
DANGEROUS WIND CHILLS OF 30 TO 45 DEGREES BELOW ZERO EARLY THIS
MORNING. THE COLDEST WIND CHILLS WILL BE OVER FAR NORTHERN
MINNESOTA. CONDITIONS WILL QUICKLY IMPROVE LATER THIS MORNING WITH
THE RISING SUN AND INCREASING TEMPERATURES.
