URGENT - WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE

...A WINTRY MIXTURE OF SLEET AND SNOW TODAY...TRANSITIONING TO
ACCUMULATING SNOW TONIGHT.

.A WEAK LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM OVER NORTHEAST MINNESOTA WILL MOVE
INTO ONTARIO TODAY. ITS COLD FRONT WILL GRADUALLY MOVE FROM WEST
TO EAST THROUGH THE NORTHLAND. MEANWHILE...A STRONGER LOW
PRESSURE SYSTEM IN THE CENTRAL PLAINS WILL LIFT INTO THE MIDWEST
TODAY AND BRING A SURGE OF MOISTURE INTO THE NORTHLAND LATE THIS
AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT. MUCH OF NORTHEAST MINNESOTA AND PARTS OF
NORTHWEST WISCONSIN CAN EXPECT A TRANSITION FROM RAIN AND DRIZZLE
TO A PERIOD OF SLEET TODAY...BEFORE TRANSITIONING TO SNOW. THERE
COULD ALSO BE LIGHT FREEZING DRIZZLE. GUSTY NORTHERLY WINDS WILL
DEVELOP THIS AFTERNOON AND THIS EVENING...WHICH COULD CAUSE LOW
VISIBILITY IN THE FALLING SNOW. TRAVEL CONDITIONS COULD BECOME
HAZARDOUS DURING THIS PERIOD OF SLEET AND SNOW.

  LATE THIS MORNING AND CONTINUE INTO THE AFTERNOON BEFORE
  CHANGING OVER TO ALL SNOW BY THIS EVENING.

* SNOW/ICE ACCUMULATIONS...SNOW AMOUNTS WILL BE LESS THAN ONE
  INCH. LIGHT ICE ACCUMULATIONS FROM SLEET AND FREEZING DRIZZLE
  OF LESS THAN 5 HUNDREDTHS OF AN INCH.

* WINDS/VISIBILITY...GUSTY NORTH WINDS THIS AFTERNOON AND
  EVENING COULD RESULT IN LOW VISIBILITY AT TIMES IN THE FALLING
  SNOW.

* IMPACTS...THE COMBINATION OF SLEET...FREEZING DRIZZLE...AND
  SNOW COULD RESULT IN SLIPPERY CONDITIONS ON ROADS AND
