MORNING...

.BITTERLY COLD AIR WILL CONTINUE TO SETTLE INTO THE NORTHLAND
THIS MORNING. THE COMBINATION OF AIR TEMPERATURES FROM 15 TO
25 BELOW ZERO AND 5 TO 10 MPH WINDS WILL RESULT IN VERY COLD AND
DANGEROUS WIND CHILL READINGS FOR MUCH OF THIS MORNING.

* WIND CHILL VALUES...GENERALLY BETWEEN 25 BELOW AND 35 BELOW
  ZERO. SOME READINGS NEAR 40 BELOW ACROSS PARTS OF LAKE AND
  COOK COUNTIES NEAR THE HIGHER TERRAIN ALONG THE NORTH SHORE...
  AND ALONG THE INTERNATIONAL BORDER.

* WINDS...NORTH 5 TO 10 MPH.

* WIND GUSTS...LOCAL GUSTS FROM 15 TO 20 MPH ALONG THE NORTH
  SHORE OF LAKE SUPERIOR.

* FROSTBITE TIME...15 TO 25 MINUTES ON ANY EXPOSED SKIN.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A WIND CHILL ADVISORY MEANS THAT VERY COLD ARCTIC AIR AND WINDS
WILL COMBINE TO GENERATE VERY COLD WIND CHILLS. THIS COULD LEAD
TO HYPOTHERMIA AND EVENTUAL FROSTBITE IF EXPOSED SKIN IS NOT
PROTECTED. IF YOU MUST VENTURE OUTDOORS...MAKE SURE TO COVER AS
