  INTERNATIONAL FALLS...WALKER...GRAND RAPIDS...BRAINERD...AITKIN
  AND MILLE LACS LAKE.

* TIMING...AREAS OF FREEZING DRIZZLE THROUGH THE EARLY
  MORNING...THEN CHANGING TO LIGHT SNOW.

* ICE ACCUMULATIONS...A LIGHT GLAZING OF ICE.

* IMPACTS...ROADS AND SIDEWALKS WILL BECOME SLIPPERY.

THIS FREEZING RAIN ADVISORY MEANS THAT PERIODS OF FREEZING DRIZZLE
