.A VERY COLD AIR MASS WILL MOVE OVER THE LAKE SUPERIOR REGION
TODAY THROUGH TUESDAY. THE COMBINATION OF STRONG WEST TO NORTH WEST
WINDS AND THE COLD AIR...WILL PRODUCE FAVORABLE CONDITIONS FOR
ACCUMULATING LAKE EFFECT SNOW ALONG THE SNOWBELT REGION OF
NORTHWEST WISCONSIN TODAY THROUGH TUESDAY.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...6 TO 10 INCHES IN NORTHERN ASHLAND AND
  IRON COUNTIES. LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS POSSIBLE.

* WINDS/VISIBILITY...VISIBILITIES WILL FALL TO LESS THAN A HALF
  MILE AT TIMES. NORTHWEST WINDS OF 20 TO 30 MPH WILL ALSO
  PRODUCE BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW.

* IMPACTS...TRAVEL CONDITIONS WILL DETERIORATE QUICKLY MONDAY...
  ALONG STATE HIGHWAYS 13 AND 77...AND ACROSS U.S. HIGHWAY 2.
