URGENT - WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE...UPDATED

...FREEZING RAIN AND WINTRY MIXED PRECIPITATION THIS MORNING...

.Freezing drizzle and light freezing rain are expected over Iron
County this morning. Surface temperatures were near freezing and
upstream observations indicated wintry mixed precipitation. The
threat for icing will continue through mid-morning when
temperatures will warm above freezing. Sleet may mix with the
freezing rain in some locations.

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM CDT THIS
MORNING...

* LOCATIONS...All of Iron County.

* ICE ACCUMULATIONS...Up to five hundredths of an inch.

* IMPACTS...Ice accumulation will create slippery conditions,
  especially on untreated roads, bridges, and sidewalks.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Winter Weather Advisory for mixed precipitation means freezing
rain, snow, or sleet is expected. Accumulations of snow and ice
are likely on untreated roads and sidewalks. Anyone with travel
plans should be prepared for slippery or hazardous roads. Slow
down when driving and allow for extra stopping distance.
