URGENT - WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE

...SNOW FOR THE MINNESOTA ARROWHEAD AND IRON RANGE EARLY THIS
MORNING...

.A band of snow will continue moving through the Minnesota Iron
Range and Arrowhead early this morning, where a total of 1 to 4
inches of snow is forecast by later this morning. Also, there
could be periods of freezing drizzle in the wake of the snow,
causing a light glazing of ice.

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM CDT THIS
MORNING...

* LOCATIONS...The Iron Range and the Minnesota Arrowhead.

* TIMING...Snow continuing through the wee hours of the morning,
  then beginning to exit to the east later this morning.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...Total snow accumulations of 1 to 4
  inches...with the greatest amounts near Two Harbors, Silver Bay,
  and Ely.

* ICE ACCUMULATIONS...A thin glaze of ice accumulation is
  possible.

* IMPACTS...Snow and ice accumulations will create difficult
  driving conditions.
