.A WINTER STORM SYSTEM WILL LIFT FROM SOUTHERN PLAINS TOWARDS THE
GREAT LAKES UPPER MIDWEST TODAY...AND THEN MOVE THROUGH THE GREAT
LAKES TONIGHT AND WEDNESDAY. THE STORM WILL BRING HEAVY SNOW TO
MUCH OF THE UPPER MIDWEST...INCLUDING NORTHWEST WISCONSIN. THE
SNOW WILL SPREAD NORTHWARD INTO NORTHWEST WISCONSIN AND NORTHEAST
MINNESOTA THIS AFTERNOON...CONTINUE OVERNIGHT...THEN GRADUALLY
TAPER OFF WEDNESDAY. THE SNOW WILL BE AT ITS MOST INTENSE LATE
THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH THE WEE HOURS OF WEDNESDAY MORNING. LAKE
EFFECT SNOW SHOWERS WILL LINGER NEAR THE SOUTH SHORE OF NORTHWEST
WISCONSIN THROUGH WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON. WIDESPREAD SNOWFALL OF
