WISCONSIN EARLY THIS MORNING. THE WISCONSIN DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION REPORTED MANY ROADS WERE SNOW COVERED. SNOWFALL HAS
RANGED FROM 4 TO 10 INCHES ACROSS NORTHERN WISCONSIN...WITH GILE
REPORTING 10.6 INCHES AS OF 439 AM. ADDITIONAL ACCUMULATIONS WILL
OCCUR TODAY...MAINLY ACROSS THE SOUTH SHORE AREAS.

  MAINLY NEAR LAKE SUPERIOR...WILL CAUSE AREAS OF BLOWING SNOW
  AND LIMITED VISIBILITY.

* IMPACTS...THE SNOW AND BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW WILL MAKE
  TRAVEL DIFFICULT TODAY. THE WISCONSIN DEPARTMENT OF
  TRANSPORTATION REPORTED ROADS WERE SNOW COVERED.
