...ACCUMULATING SNOW ACROSS NORTHERN MINNESOTA...

.A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM IS EXPECTED TO MOVE ACROSS THE NORTHLAND
THROUGH FRIDAY. RAIN WILL CONTINUE TO SWITCH OVER TO SNOW ACROSS
MUCH OF NORTHERN MINNESOTA AS THE DAY WEARS ON AND INTO THE
EVENING. ACCUMULATING SNOW WILL BE FOUND AS FAR SOUTH AS EAST
CENTRAL MINNESOTA AND NORTHWESTERN WISCONSIN. IN THE TWIN PORTS 2
TO 4 INCHES OF SNOW IS EXPECTED.

* SNOW...8 TO 11 INCHES OF SNOW IS EXPECTED...ESPECIALLY IN THE
  TIP OF THE MINNESOTA ARROWHEAD.

* IMPACTS...ROADS WILL BECOME SNOW COVERED AND SLIPPERY.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A WINTER STORM WARNING FOR HEAVY SNOW MEANS HEAVY SNOW
ACCUMULATION IS ANTICIPATED...AND THAT SNOWFALL RATES OF ONE INCH
PER HOUR OR GREATER CAN BE EXPECTED AT TIMES. EXPECT SNOW COVERED
ROADS AND VISIBILITY RESTRICTIONS. IF YOU MUST TRAVEL...EXERCISE
