...SNOW SHOWERS THROUGH THIS EVENING ALONG THE SOUTH SHORE OF LAKE
SUPERIOR...

.A COMBINATION OF COLD AIR AND NORTHWEST WINDS OVER THE LAKE IS
RESULTING IN LAKE EFFECT SNOW SHOWERS ALONG THE SOUTH SHORE OF
LAKE SUPERIOR. THE HEAVIEST SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF 3 TO 6 INCHES
ARE EXPECTED IN THE HIGHER TERRAIN OF THE GOGEBIC RANGE IN
NORTHERN IRON COUNTY. SNOWFALL WILL DIMINISH THIS EVENING.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...ADDITIONAL ACCUMULATIONS OF 1 TO 3 INCHES.

* WINDS...NORTH 5 TO 10 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 20 MPH.

* VISIBILITIES...LESS THAN A HALF MILE IN HEAVIER SNOW SHOWERS.

* IMPACTS...ROADS WILL BECOME SNOW COVERED AND SLIPPERY.

THIS WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW MEANS THAT
VISIBILITIES WILL BE LIMITED DUE TO A COMBINATION OF FALLING AND
