.ARCTIC FLOW ACROSS THE NORTHLAND HAS BROUGHT VERY COLD AIR TO THE
NORTHLAND. TEMPERATURES WILL DROP WELL BELOW ZERO TONIGHT...AND
THERE WILL BE WIDESPREAD WIND CHILLS OF 25 TO 40 BELOW ZERO.
HIGH PRESSURE WILL MOVE INTO THE NORTHLAND SATURDAY...AND THE
SUNSHINE AND WEAKENING WINDS SATURDAY MORNING WILL QUICKLY
IMPROVE CONDITIONS BY THE LATE MORNING.
