LOW PRESSURE DEVELOPING OVER THE CENTRAL PLAINS ON TUESDAY WILL
REACH LOWER MICHIGAN ON WEDNESDAY. ALTHOUGH THIS LOW WILL
DISSIPATE ON THURSDAY AS IT MOVES INTO QUEBEC...A LOW PRESSURE
TROUGH AVERAGING 29.8 INCHES WILL LINGER OVER THE UPPER GREAT
LAKES TO THE EAST OF A 30.4 INCH HIGH PRESSURE RIDGE BUILDING INTO
THE WESTERN PLAINS. THE TROUGH OVER THE UPPER GREAT LAKES ON
FRIDAY WILL WEAKEN TO 29.9 INCHES AS THE PLAINS HIGH PRESSURE
SHIFTS TOWARD THE LOWER MISSISSIPPI RIVER VALLEY.
