For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Superior

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the
highest 1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the
average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...As high pressure of 30.4 inches moves eastward across
the Canadian maritimes tonight, a 29.8 inch trough will track
into the Upper Mississippi Valley. The trough will consolidate
into a 29.6 inch low over eastern Lake Superior Wednesday
afternoon. The low will move to southern Quebec on Thursday as a
30.3 inch ridge drifts across the Upper Great Lakes. The ridge
will continue eastward through Saturday ahead of another 29.6 inch
trough that will cross the Upper Great Lakes Friday night. This
trough will move eastward through the weekend while a 30.0 inch
ridge gradually builds across the region.
