WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS, WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVE, ALONG WITH THE
AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10% OF THE WAVES WHICH WILL
OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...A 29.7 INCH LOW PRESSURE OVER NORTHERN ONTARIO WILL
LIFT INTO NORTHERN QUEBEC ON TUESDAY WITH A LINGERING TROUGH
AVERAGING 29.8 INCHES OVER THE UPPER GREAT LAKES. A 29.7 INCH LOW
PRESSURE WILL DEVELOP ALONG THIS TROUGH TUESDAY AND DISSIPATE OVER
EASTERN ONTARIO WEDNESDAY. A 30.0 INCH RIDGE OVER MINNESOTA
WEDNESDAY MORNING WILL WEAKEN TO 29.9 INCHES OVER THE UPPER GREAT
LAKES ON THURSDAY AS A 29.5 INCH LOW DEVELOPS OVER THE OHIO VALLEY
AND LOWER GREAT LAKES REGION. BY FRIDAY...THE LOW WILL LIFT OUT
OVER THE NEW ENGLAND COAST AS THE HIGH PRESSURE RIDGE SLIDES
