INTO THE NORTHEAST STATES THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH SUNDAY. AT THE SAME
TIME A 29.4 INCH LOW PRESSURE WILL DEVELOP OVER THE NORTHERN PLAINS
AND EXTEND A LOW PRESSURE TROUGH EAST INTO THE UPPER MIDWEST. AS A
30.5 INCH HIGH PRESSURE OVER CENTRAL CANADA SHIFTS SOUTHEAST INTO FAR
NORTHWEST ONTARIO ON MONDAY...EXPECT THE PLAINS LOW TO MOVE SOUTHEAST
INTO THE LOWER GREAT LAKES AND WEAKEN TO 29.7 INCHES. THIS LOW WILL
CONTINUE EAST INTO THE MID ATLANTIC STATES ON TUESDAY...ALLOWING THE
ONTARIO HIGH PRESSURE TO EXTEND A RIDGE INTO THE UPPER LAKES. THIS
RIDGE AXIS WILL SHIFT OVER SOUTHEAST ONTARIO ON WEDNESDAY TO THE
NORTHEAST OF A 29.4 INCH LOW PRESSURE DEVELOPING IN THE NORTH CENTRAL
