MANITOBA THIS MORNING WILL DRIFT ACROSS THE UPPER GREAT LAKES ON
WEDNESDAY AND REACH THE EAST COAST ON THURSDAY AS A 29.4 INCH LOW
PRESSURE ORGANIZES OVER THE WESTERN PLAINS. BY FRIDAY
AFTERNOON...THIS LOW WILL MOVE INTO THE CENTRAL PLAINS AND WEAKEN
TO 29.5 INCHES AS 30.5 INCH HIGH PRESSURE BUILDS ACROSS NORTHERN
ONTARIO. THE HIGH WILL BUILD TO 30.7 INCHES OVER JAMES BAY
