TIME IT REACHES FAR SOUTHERN MANITOBA ON SUNDAY MORNING. THE LOW WILL
THEN SHIFT NORTHEAST TO JAMES BAY BY MONDAY NIGHT WHILE DRAGGING A
29.9 INCH TROUGH ACROSS LAKE SUPERIOR ON MONDAY. THIS TROUGH WILL
SLOWLY SINK SOUTHEAST ACROSS THE GREAT LAKES REGION TUESDAY AND
WEDNESDAY...WHILE A 30.2 INCH HIGH BUILDS INTO THE NORTHERN PLAINS.
