NORTHERN HIGH PLAINS WEDNESDAY MORNING WILL DRIFT EASTWARD AND PASS
ACROSS THE UPPER GREAT LAKES THURSDAY EVENING. ON FRIDAY...A WEAK
29.9 INCH RIDGE WILL BUILD INTO THE UPPER GREAT LAKES AND WILL
REMAIN THERE THROUGH SATURDAY AS A 29.7 INCH TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE
MOVES INTO THE DAKOTAS.
