DRIFT EASTWARD TO WESTERN QUEBEC THROUGH THE WEEKEND AS A 29.6 INCH
LOW PRESSURE TROUGH DRIFTS FROM THE CENTRAL PLAINS TO MANITOBA. THE
LOW WILL THEN SHIFT EASTWARD THROUGH NORTHWEST ONTARIO WHILE
DRAGGING A TROUGH AVERAGING 29.9 INCHES ACROSS THE UPPER GREAT LAKES
SUNDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH MONDAY. HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.1 INCHES WILL
THEN EXPAND FROM THE CENTRAL PLAINS TO THE GREAT LAKES REGION
