CENTRAL AND NORTHERN PLAINS. THIS LOW WILL REACH NORTHERN MINNESOTA
SUNDAY EVENING WHILE DEEPENING TO 29.3 INCHES...THEN CROSS LAKE
SUPERIOR MONDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING AS IT FILLS TO 29.7 INCHES.
EXPECT THE LOW TO CROSS QUEBEC TUESDAY INTO WEDNESDAY AS HIGH
PRESSURE OF 30.5 INCHES EXPANDS FROM THE NORTHERN PLAINS TO THE
WESTERN GREAT LAKES. A WEAK 30.1 INCH LOW PRESSURE TROUGH OVER FAR
WESTERN ONTARIO WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON WILL CROSS LAKE SUPERIOR THURSDAY
